A new report says a dead body was found in a New Jersey beach community. The Asbury Park Press reports that the discovery came near Manasquan Inlet. Officials at this point are not saying whether the death was related to Hurricane Irene. The report says the man is Jorge Hernandez, of Point Pleasant.
