PAVING PROJECT ON OCEAN CITY’S WEST AVENUE WILL OCCUR THIS WEEK

A paving project on Ocean City’s West Avenue will occur the week before Christmas.  Mayor Jay Gillian announced that the paving work will be done from 26th Street to 34th Street and should be done before the holiday.  A bayside dredging project will also commence this week as well.

Cape May County now has over 700 active residential cases of coronavirus.  Every town except Cape May Point has at least one case of the virus.  Lower Township is nearing 200 cases.  Additional vaccination clinics are scheduled for the week before Christmas.
