The number of coronavirus cases in Cape May County continues on a downward trend. Thursday morning’s report from the County shows 164 cases of the virus in the County. Only four of the 16 municipalities in the County have double digit number of cases. Four towns have zero, or one reported cases of the virus.
New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy declared victory last night during an event in Asbury Park. Murphy says he will listen to all sides during his next term as Governor. He becomes the first democratic governor to be re-elected since Brendan Byrne in the late 70’s. Republican candidate Jack Ciattarelli has not yet conceded the race.
