New Jersey reports only 512 new coronavirus cases on Thursday. State officials say there were 25 new deaths from the virus. 3.8 million people have been fully vaccinated, and about half of the State’s population has received at least one dose of the vaccine. 55 percent of all adults in New Jersey are now vaccinated.

We better get used to threats from Atlantic storms this summer. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts between 13 and 20 named storms this season. In fact, one storm could be named this week that is out in the Atlantic and currently no threat to land. Hurricane season officially begins in 12 days.
