NEW JERSEY NOW HAS 1,327 CORONAVIRUS CASES; 16 DEAD

New Jersey now has 1,327 confirmed cases of coronavirus, including three in Cape May County.  Governor Phil Murphy announced Saturday afternoon that there are 16 deaths attributable to the virus.  Murphy says many thousands of additional cases are imminent.

CAPE MAY COUNTY RECORDS ITS THIRD CASE OF CORONAVIRUS

Cape May County has recorded its third case of coronavirus.  County officials say the third victim is a 62 year old woman who is isolated at home and recovering.  The state will soon issue updated figures on the number of cases.

GOVERNOR MURPHY CLOSES ALL LIBRARIES IN NEW JERSEY

COUNTY UPDATES HOURS OF OPERATION CURING CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK

IF YOU HAVE CORONAVIRUS, YOU CAN’T BE FIRED IN NEW JERSEY

If you come down with coronavirus, your employer cannot fire you in New Jersey.  Governor Phil Murphy signed a bill in to law on Friday that prevents employers from firing anyone who has, or is likely to have, the coronavirus.

REPORT: BORGATA CARD DEALER HAS COVID-19

A card dealer at the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City has coronavirus.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that the casino issued a memo to its employees about the positive test.  The casino is working with health officials to see who may have been exposed.
