Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner is being sued by a Delaware bank because he defaulted on a loan. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Tyner owed Discover Bank over $8,500 on the loan. The suit was filed in Atlantic County Superior Court last month.

A 67 year old man from Delaware was charged with drug offenses and other charged following a four car motor vehicle crash Friday afternoon in Hamilton Township. Police say a Lexus driven by Van Vasilades started the four car accident on Route 322. He was charged with possession of heroin and driving while intoxicated.
48 year old Jennifer R. Pagano of Lower Township has been arrested on various drug offenses. The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office announced that distribution amounts of heroin and meth were seized from Pagano’s residence, along with drug items. She has been charged with various drug related crimes.
36 year old Josephine A Scheid has been charged with first degree murder in connection with the death of Gabrielle Michaelis of Belleplain. The Florida woman was arrested in Sarasota and charged with the crime that took place last October. Scheid is the daughter of the murder victim.
