Some chicken products are being recalled from ShopRite supermarkets in New Jersey because they are mislabeled and may contain ingredients that are allergens. Four different items that are 16-ounce trays of ready to cook chicken are being recalled; the problem was discovered on December 5th during a routine verification last week.
Middle Township Police will be hosting a forum Monday evening at the Township’s Performing Arts Center to discuss new technology that school aged children are using. The forum will address sexting, cyber bullying, and various New Jersey laws and trends. The forum is also presented by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.

The United States Coast Guard is keeping a watchful eye on a commercial fishing vessel that sank over the weekend in the Manasquan Inlet. The 44-foot boat “Miss Kathleen” sank; three men and a dog were rescued. The Coast Guard is now monitoring the environmental impact of the boat.
