NORTH WILDWOOD COPS, FIREFIGHTERS BUY HOLIDAY MEALS

FORMER PROSECUTOR FILES LAWSUIT; COUNTY CALLS IT “FRIVOLOUS”

Former Cape May County Prosecutor Robert Taylor has filed a lawsuit against the County, alleging that he and his wife were entitled to lifetime benefits.  Not so fast, according to a statement issued by the County.  The County says Taylor is seeking benefits that he simply is not entitled to under New Jersey law.

VINELAND VETERANS HOME OPENS IN TIME FOR THANKSGIVING

The quarantine is over, and the Vineland Veterans Memorial Home is back open for business.  Officials say a norovirus outbreak occurred inside the building and the veterans were moved out as a precaution.  All normal activities have resumed at the home.

LOWER TOWNSHIP POLICE RECEIVE DONATION OF NARCAN FROM CHURCH

Lower Township Police have received a donation of 30 doses of Narcan from The Cure ministry of the Lighthouse Church in Burleigh and the Greg DiAntonio Memorial Foundation in Wildwood.  Police say evidence shows that if Narcan is administered within a few minutes of an opioid overdose that the victim may be revived.
