The Wildwood School District can use a site in North Wildwood for classroom space without permission from North Wildwood. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Judge J. Christopher Gibson has ruled in favor of the Wildwood District, saying it can lease space at the St. Simeon Episcopalian Church annex in North Wildwood. ##

Millville Police are investigating a hit and run accident that occurred Friday night on West Main Street. Police tell us that a woman was struck by a vehicle as family members tried to jump start her car. She was airlifted to Cooper Hospital in Camden. ##
The Ocean City Beach Patrol will have ten guarded beaches during the upcoming Memorial Day weekend. City officials announced that ten beaches will be manned with lifeguards and the public is advised to only swim in the presence of a lifeguard. Rowing clinics for rookie guards are forthcoming. ##
Middle Township Police are searching for 17 year old Robert Stone Jr. who ran away from the Oasis Youth Shelter on Sunday. Stone was last seen wearing glasses gray colored pants, and carrying a black book bag. If you have information to Stone’s whereabouts, contact Middle Township Police. ##
Hamilton Township opened the flood gates at Lake Lenape Monday afternoon thanks to three and a half inches of rainfall. The level of the lake was expected to drop Monday night but the river is expected to rise quickly once waters reach the Mays Landing area. Homeowners were asked to secure their properties. ##
Woodbine has secured nearly $130,000 in state funding for a site remedial investigation at the Woodbine Municipal Airport. Mayor William Pikolycky announced that historical military and commercial uses created areas of concern to be investigated in the proposed studies. ##
Six local women have all been recognized by Soroptimist of Cape May County for their individual achievements in the organization. Various high school sports playoff games have been postponed from Monday until Tuesday due to rain. Playoff games involving Middle Township softball, girls lacrosse, and baseball have all been cancelled for Monday along with playoff baseball games involving teams from Wildwood, Ocean City, and Lower Cape May. ##
No criminal charges will be filed in connection with a fatal boat race accident near Point Pleasant Sunday afternoon. Police say they want to speak with a survivor of the accident that killed veteran power boat racer David Raabe of Forked River. ##
