A 58 year old man was killed Sunday morning in Millville during a single vehicle motor vehicle accident. Police announced today that the crash occurred on South Second Street; the vehicle clipped mailboxes and a pole before coming to a rest. ##
Hard Rock paid only $50 million for the Trump Taj Mahal property in Atlantic City. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the Hard Rock also secured more than 30 acres of property in the deal with Carl Ichan, who closed the casino last October. ##

Lower Cape May Regional High School graduate Matt Szczur is now a member of the San Diego Padres. The world champion Cubs traded Szczur to the Padres for a minor league pitcher. Szczur is expected to get more playing time with the Padres than he did in Chicago. ##
