Middle Township Police continue their investigation into a home invasion robbery that occurred last weekend at a home located at Hirst Avenue in Rio Grande. Police say three suspects were involved, and one acted as a lookout. Anyone with information about the crime are asked to contact police. ##

Sophomore Colby Carter has a pretty good start to his high school golfing season. He scored a hole in one on the Wildwood Country Club’s par 3 fifth hole on Monday to help Lower Cape May defeat Wildwood Catholic, 200-203. Carter shot 12 over for the day. ##
A necessary dredging project in the Little Egg Inlet will not begin until summertime, at the earliest. NJ.com reports that the project needs to be put out to bid and boaters will not get relief until late summer. There are also seasonal fish migrations that may delay the dredging project. ##
