KERR TO PLAY PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL IN CZECH REPUBLIC

Ocean City Councilman Michael Allegretto will resign this week to take a full time job with the city.  Mayor Jay Gillian announced that Allegretto will be named the new Director of Community Services for Ocean City during the September 10th Council meeting.  Allegretto currently serves Council as its Vice President.

Bridgeton police are looking for four individuals who robbed a home in the city by climbing in a second floor window.  Police say it happened early Friday morning on South Pine Street.  All four suspects were wearing hooded sweatshirts, and they took various items from inside the home.  There were no injuries.
