A new budget for the Special Improvement District in Ocean City was given the green light. Council approved the $311,448 spending plan on a unanimous vote. A Linwood man was arrested Jan. 4 after an investigation into stolen property. Steven J. Neumann was charged for being in possession of stolen property and obstruction of justice. Additionally he was wanted as a fugitive out of two different counties. He is currently being held at the Atlantic County Justice Facility with no bail.
