YET ANOTHER SET OF BEACH ACCESS RULES MAY COME TO NJ

There could be yet another round of new beach access rules in New Jersey.  State lawmakers have introduced a new bill that references regulations that date back to the Roman Empire to tie beach access rules to funding decisions.  Supporters says it encourages towns to have public access to their beaches.
