WOODBINE MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO FIRING A GUN

A Woodbine man with a criminal record has pleaded guilty to charges that he fired a gun outside of a party two years ago.  31 year old Jose Lopez admitted in court to the first degree offense.  The shooting took place outside of a home in the 600 block of Washington Avenue.  Two State Troopers happened to be keeping an eye on the party.  Lopez will be sentenced on July 15th; he could get 15 years behind bars.
