WINDFALL OF “SANDY” RELIEF MONEY HEADED TO SEA ISLE CITY

More than $9 million..that’s how much federal aid is coming to Sea Isle City to help the city recover from Hurricane Sandy.  United States Senators Robert Menendez and Jeffrey Chiesa both announced that the local beach town will be getting a huge sum of money from the federal government.  Sea Isle Mayor Len Desiderio says the city will use the money to repair beaches and dunes, and also properties that were whacked by the hurricane that occurred nearly one year ago.
