WIND CHILL ADVISORY POSTED FOR SOUTH JERSEY

A wind chill advisory is in effect on Tuesday from 1 a.m. until noon. Wind chill values could feel between -10 and -15 degrees. Officials warn that prolonged exposure to the cold could lead to hypothermia and frostbite. Residents are warned to limit their time outside during these times especially.
