WILDWOOD WAITS ON JUDGES DECISION ON TAPE

The legal fight continues over the tape that allegedly shows a Wildwood Police officer using excessive force in 2000. Wildwood Mayor Gary DeMarzo tells Coastal Broadcasting that attorney’s were in court on Wednesday to argue the matter. There has been no word passed on when a final decision will come from the judge. A conflict of interest reason caused the city to retain new lawyers to hear the case.
