WILDWOOD POLICE CHARGE MAN WITH POINTING GUN AS PASSING CARS

A 48 year old Wildwood man was jailed Tuesday night after he was spotted by police pointing a gun at passing cars.  It happened in the area of Pacific and Andrews Avenues shortly after 9:30pm on Tuesday.  Police drew their service weapons and apprehended Jonathan Curry of Wildwood without incident.  Curry was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a firearm.  He was taken to the county jail on $200,000 cash bail.
