WILDWOOD PASSES ROWDY HO– USE ORDINANCE ON FIRST READING

Change to the Wildwood’s Rowdy House ordinance was passed by the City Commission. A vote was taken on Wednesday that will allow the city to go after tenants and property owners for animal houses. The ordinance was reintroduced and passed on a first reading. Three founded complaints for a residential property, and five for multi-condo complex in a 60 day period will warrant police coming out and going after the property owner. The plan is an attempt to cut down on the amount of noise and quality of life complaints in the city.

The city also approved on second reading the creation of a recreation commission.
