WILDWOOD CATHOLIC ATHLETE SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT IN IRELAND

Wildwood Catholic senior athlete Caitlin McMullan signed a National Letter of Intent on Sunday to play college basketball at Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Del., but where she signed it is particularly noteworthy. McMullan is on vacation in Ireland with her parents, Sean and Chrissy, and Caitlin signed the letter at O’Connell’s Pub just off Eyre Square in the City of Tribes. McMullan scored 12 goals for the Lady Crusaders soccer team this season and averaged 16 points and 4 rebounds per game last winter for her C.A.L. United Conference championship basketball team.
