WEST CAPE MAY COULD CONSIDER ORDINANCE REGARDING LOITERING

Officials in West Cape May are considering an ordinance that would restrict loitering in the community.  The Borough Commission met last week and discussed an ordinance that would provide police power to ask people to move along if they are gathering or resting in a place not typical for that activity.  A few other local towns have loitering ordinances.
