WATER QUALITY HIGH ALL SUMMER AT THE SHORE

The water quality in New Jersey has been one of the best ever. Gov. Chris Christie said this week virtually no beaches had to be shut down this year and the state has done a good job of removing debris following Hurricane Sandy. The governor said he was proud of the combined efforts of state and local towns to ensure boardwalks were reopened, beaches were rebuilt, and the water was safe to bath in.
