WANT TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP? SPIRIT MAY CHARGE YOU

Reports say that Spirit Airlines is now considering charging customers who want to speak to a customer service representative at the airport. Spirit is considering the fee when talking to an employee is no longer needed. No final decision has been made on any additional fees, but they are looking at other options in the future. The airline recently decided to charge for carry-on bags.
