VOTERS MAY GET THE CHANCE TO APPROVE PUBLIC PENSION QUESTION

The New Jersey Assembly has approved a measure that would put a question before voters that would result in public pensions being financed on a regular basis.  The New Jersey Senate must concur with the Assembly vote in order to get this question before voters in November.  Many recent governors have been criticized for not finding the funding to put into the public pension system, which is billions of dollars in the red.
