The New Jersey State Legislature is expected to approve a restructured bill for Internet gambling on Tuesday. Governor Christie made changes in the bill that would make New Jersey the third state in the nation to sanction online gambling. The action will be taxed at 15 per cent, in contrast with live casino gambling which is taxed at 8 percent. All servers and equipment used to deliver the service is required to be located within an Atlantic City casino.
