VISITOR TRIPS TO ATLANTIC CITY DOWN FOR EIGHT STRAIGHT YEAR

Less and less people are visiting Atlantic City every year. The new data from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey says that the resort showed a two percent decline in 2013 in visitor trips. Atlantic City continues to show drops in their gambling business, as areas like Pennsylvania continue to increase. Decreases were seen in train, bus and plane visitors, according to the data. The latest number places the numbers at 26.7 million visitor trips, down from the record high of 35 million in 2005.
