VINELAND OFFICIALS BREAK GROUND FOR $18 DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

On Monday Vineland officials held a ceremonial groundbreaking for their $18 million Landis Square development project at the corner of Landis and East Avenues. The actual construction of the project will not begin for about two years and will take another year to complete. Plans call for construction of 71 “luxury living” units for senior citizens, a community room and retail space. On Thursday, Main Street Vineland is expected to introduce a new logo and branding for the local business district.
