VINELAND MAN WANTED IN VEHICLE BURGLARIES TAKEN INTO CUSTODY

Bridgeton Police say a man wanted in a half dozen vehicle burglaries was taken into custody. 53-year-old Kenneth V. Jones, of Vineland, was arrested by police. Jones was charged with six counts of burglaries and theft, and one count of criminal mischief. Bail was set at $90,000 and Jones was placed in the Cumberland County Jail. Bridgeton Police, along with a number of other communities have reported an increase to vehicle break-ins.
