VETERANS IN NEW JERSEY MAY SOON GET FREE ADMISSION TO STATE PARKS, BEACHES

Veterans and active duty personnel in New Jersey may soon get free admission to state parks and state beaches.  A measure sponsored by local lawmakers cleared an Assembly committee on Thursday and now advances in Trenton.  Additional service personnel could enter these parks and beaches for free, under the legislation.
