VEHICULAR HOMICIDE INDICTMENT HANDED DOWN

A Mays Landing man has been indicted for vehicular homicide in connection with a fatal accident that claimed the life of his passenger last summer. Michael McMunn Jr. was indicted for a crash that claimed the life of Richard Kisby, of Estell Manor. Second-degree vehicular homicide carries a five to 10 year New Jersey State Prison sentence and up to $150,000 in fines. Bail was set at $250,000.
