An Atlantic County Grand Jury indicted an Egg Harbor City man on Tuesday on two counts of second-degree vehicular homicide and one count of third-degree aggravated assault by auto for a March 2010 crash in Mullica Township that left two people dead and a 13-year-old male seriously injured.
Ottoway Harrison, 30, was arrested by members of the Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday at 4:45 p.m. without incident at 954 Philadelphia Avenue in Egg Harbor City.
It is alleged that at about 10:20 p.m. on March 31, 2010, Christina Rivera, 29, was traveling east on Route 30 in Mullica Township. Also in the vehicle was Belinda Dillihay, 61, along with Dillihay’s grandson. It is alleged that Rivera’s vehicle was struck head-on by a Jeep Wrangler driven by Harrison, which crossed the center line one mile from Elwood Road.
