VAN DREW: VINELAND DEVELOPMENTAL CENTER COULD BE SAVED

vandrewThe first budget meeting was held on Monday and a topic of conversation is the Vineland Developmental Center. State Senator Jeff Van Drew sits on the committee and said that the center could be saved. A lot of work still needs to be done but there was a lot of discussion on how the state’s budget could be shifted around to keep the center open. Van Drew said if one of the centers should close, it should be in South Jersey.
