VAN DREW: PARKWAY TERRORISM FENCE GONE IN ’13

That controversial anti-terrorism fence on the Garden State Parkway?  It will be removed in 2013.  Cape May County State Senator Jeff Van Drew made that announcement today during the county’s transportation infrastructure conference.  Local municipal and tourism officials complained loudly about the fence once it went up.  The fence will come down when a new southbound lane on the Parkway is constructed next year.
