VAN DREW LEADS RALLY IN VINELAND

State Senator Jeff Van Drew, armed with a bullhorn, led a rally at the Vineland Development Center on Thursday. The New Jersey state government plans to shut down the facility by june 2013. The move would cause 1,400 employees to lose their jobs and displace nearly 400 residents who call the Vineland Center their home. Van Drew was joined by Vineland Mayor Robert Romano and promised an even larger protest rally in May.
