UPDATE: WILDWOOD BEACH FEE DISCUSSION

Wildwood City Commissioner Pete Byron spoke exclusively to Coastal Broadcasting about Wednesday night’s meeting, with the subject of beach tags on the agenda. According to Byron, the City of Wildwood is discussing  a comprehensive plan to utilize all the resources offered by their expansive beachfront. Byron said all three city commissioners, including Mayor Troiano have met with the NJ Department of Environmental Protection to discuss the feasibility of beach trolleys, cabanas, beach bars and other uses of the beachfront. According to Byron, the state DEP has responded favorably to their ideas, and could cooperate in their implementation.
