UNION TO SUE NEW JERSEY OVER MISSED PAYMENTS

A major union in New Jersey is suing the Garden State over pension payments that were never made.  The Associated Press reports that Communications Workers of America Local 1033 will file papers in court today suing the state of New Jersey for not making pension payments on time.  The union believes that the rights of workers and retirees has been violated due to the lack of pension payments.
