UH, OH: NEW JERSEY COULD BE $5 BILLION SHORT IN TAX REVENUES

Governor Murphy and legislators may have a huge problem on their hand.  The Daily Journal reports that tax revenues in the State are about $5 billion behind projections, which could lead towards a massive cut in services or bigger taxes on the wealthy.  The overall budget is $33.5 billion.
