TWO UPPER TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS CHARGED WITH PEDDLING METH, HEROIN

Two Upper Township residents have been charged with distributing meth and heroin.  Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland announced that 36 year old Jacob Obrikin and 30 year old Amy Genre were charged with various drug offenses.  If guilty, both could face years in a State Prison.
