TWO MEN BUSTED ON POT CHARGES ON PUT THE BRAKES ON FATALITIES DAY IN LOWER TWP.

Lower Township Police say two men were busted during separate motor vehicle stops during its annual Put the Brakes on Fatalities Day on Wednesday.  Police say Charles Barlow Jr. of the Villas and Jose Ramos Jr. of North Cape May were both arrested on pot related offenses.
