Two people were arrested for removing railroad spikes from railroad tracks in Rio Grande. Middle Township Police arrested 19-year-old Christina Feather, of North Wildwood, and a 13-year-old juvenile. Both individuals were charged with theft and criminal mischief. The individuals were found with a shopping cart containing the evidence. They were released on a summonses, but additional charges may be pending.
