TWO ARRESTED FOR HIDING COCAINE IN PIZZA BOXES

Two men were arrested for hiding cocaine in pizza boxes in Stone Harbor. Police there say that Michael McKay and Mark Ciarlone, both of Coatsville, Pa., were stopped by a tree at 80th St. and First Ave. McKay tried to make a break from police and threw a bag that contained cocaine. It was later discovered they were hiding more in the boxes.

Ciarlone was charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II Drug, Possession of Marijuana Under 50g, and Drug Paraphernalia.
McKay was charged with Possession of a schedule 11 Drug, Hindering Apprehension, Resisting Arrest, Possession of Marijuana Under 50g, and Drug Paraphernalia.

Bail was set at $7,500.
