TWELVE PEOPLE DISPLACED BY ATLANTIC CITY FIRE

The Press of Atlantic City reports that a fire occurred Monday night at a home on 55 N. Trenton Ave. Atlantic City Fire Chief Dennis Brooks said no one was hurt in the fire, which completely destroyed the top floor of the building at about 10:20pm Monday.  Ten adults and two children were forced to evacuate the building. It took about one hour for firefighters to bring the blaze under control.
