TROPICAL STORM WARNING ISSUED; STRONG WINDS, HEAVY RAIN TO HIT THE CAPE FRIDAY

Cape May County is under a Tropical Storm Warning.  The National Weather Service has issued the warning, and it is in effect until further notice.  Tropical Storm Fay has formed in the Atlantic and will make a beeline for the Jersey Shore.  There will be two to four inches of rain, street flooding, strong winds, and the potential for tidal flooding.  A tornado cannot be ruled out.  The weather is expected to deteriorate during the day on Friday.
