Toy guns that look like a real gun are now banned in New Jersey.  Governor Phil Murphy signed a new bill that prohibits the sale of any toy gun that reasonably looks like a real gun.  The colors of the toy guns are now regulated, and they all must have an orange stripe that is at least one inch wide.  Cash penalties will now be in place for those violating the new law.
