TOTAL FLIP FLOP: REID SAYS VICK WILL START ON SUNDAY

One day after handing over the reigns of his offense to quarterback Kevin Kolb, Philadelphia Eagles Head Coach Andy Reid did a complete 180 degree turn and named Michael Vick his starting quarterback.  Reid told reporters on Tuesday that Vick is playing at a high level, and deserves the opportunity to be the starting quarterback for the Eagles.  Reid says his change of heart has nothing to do with an injury to Kolb, and insists that Kolb will be a championship winning quarterback in the NFL.  The Eagles take on the winless Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
