TOP CHRISTIE OFFICIAL TO STEP DOWN

A top adviser of Gov. Chris Christie has stepped down. Richard Bagger, the chief-of-staff has announced his intentions to step down. Kevin O’Dowd, who is the deputy chief counsel to Christie will replace Bagger. Bagger is taking his talents to Celgene Corp., located in Summit, where he will serve as a senior vice president. The change over becomes official on Jan. 31.
