Theft charges have been handed down to three New Jersey Turnpike toll collectors. Police say the scheme netted $10,000. The Star-Ledger reports that William Fagan, 62, of Clementon; Glenn Huryan, 55, of Magnolia; and John Filippine, 57, of Columbus in Mansfield Township have all been arrested. The toll collectors were changing the amount owed by drivers and pocketing the change.
