THANKS, UNC: MAN STEALS MONEY INTENDED FOR NEPHEWS

A 46 year old California man has been accused of stealing more than $75,000 intended to be used to raise his deceased sister’s children.  Cape May County Prosecutor Robert Taylor announced that Michael DeLeon was charged with theft after he used the lump sum of cash for his own benefit.  The children currently live in Ocean City and are minors.  DeLeon could face a decade behind bars.
