TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS COULD END IT UNDER NEW PROPOSAL

The legislation would allow terminally ill patients to get a prescription that would allow them to end their lives. Those who oppose the bill worry that the system could be abused and the pills could get into the wrong hands.
